Creative Polymer is a leading company in the field of large-format 3D printing. We develop and build our own 3D printers, using them to create high-quality trade fair exhibits, sculptures, and other design elements for renowned companies worldwide. You will work with us to build a repeatable, AI-powered process for B2B lead generation.

• Analyze attractive target markets and develop clear target customer profiles.
• Research suitable companies and decision-makers in marketing, brand, events, trade fairs, innovation, and product communication.
• Use AI tools for research, structuring, and content – while always critically evaluating results and sources.
• Identify and qualify specific opportunities such as trade fairs, product launches, campaigns, or new showrooms.
• Draft personalized outreach, curate relevant magazine mailings, and manage the sending and follow-up process.
• Personally reach out to relevant companies and individuals via LinkedIn and turn initial contacts into genuine conversations.
• Expand our LinkedIn presence through topic planning, editorial calendars, posts, project stories, and engagement.
• Evaluate response and reach, and document successful workflows as a scalable business development process.

• You think analytically and conceptually, and are able to derive clear next steps from large amounts of information.
• You have experience in research and content creation using common AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar applications.
• You do not accept AI results at face value, but instead evaluate sources, relevance, and quality with sound judgment.
• You write excellent German, with precise and personal phrasing; good English skills are a plus.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and are able to keep track of multiple research paths simultaneously.
• You are interested in B2B, marketing, sales, technology, and how to turn attention into business opportunities.
• A relevant degree is welcome but not a requirement. Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, or B2B outreach is a plus.
