01 Large-format 3D printing of the shoes in multiple sizes

For this project, we produced the shoes in multiple large-format sizes: two at 2 meters tall and three at 1 meter. This created a tiered set of attention-grabbing design objects that worked both as a central photo spot and for distribution to additional locations.

Especially with objects of this kind, it is crucial to translate the shape and proportions cleanly into the XXL format. A high heel is unforgiving: the lines must be perfect, the effect must remain elegant, and even at an oversized scale, the object must not look clunky.

02 Structural reinforcement for stability and durability

To ensure the shoes are not only visually impressive but also structurally sound, targeted reinforcements were integrated. In the heel, a laser-cut metal plate was installed to increase stability. Additionally, a metal plate was bondedinto the sole to further improve sturdiness.

Given the sizes and weights involved in this project, this was crucial. The large shoes each weighed around 80 kg, and the smaller ones each weighed around 40 kg. A glamorous appearance may look dramatic, but structurally, it certainly shouldn't rely on drama.

03 Top-tier surface finishing

The client had the highest expectations for the surface finish, and rightly so. For an object that serves as a photo point and is viewed from up close, the quality must be uncompromising.

That is precisely why so much emphasis was placed on a first-class surface . The finish had to look flawless and premium, providing the visual precision that turns a large object into a truly compelling event statement. We met these high standards, and that is exactly what you see in the result.

04 High-quality paintwork with maximum impact

The final paint job gave the shoes exactly the radiance such an object requires. The intense color, the seamless surface, and the glossy appearance turned the high heel into a design object with maximum presence.

The two large shoes were used as photo points at a major cinema premiere in Munich, while the smaller models were distributed to other cinemas.
