Commissioned by WUM Brand Spaces, we had the opportunity to create an impressive crown for Kessko. Measuring 220 cm in height and 300 cm in diameter, it majestically floated above everything, perfectly aligning with the motto: "Crown your taste". For their presence at INTERNORGA in Hamburg, this exhibit became far more than just decoration. Freely suspended, slowly rotating, and adorned with distinctive drops on its underside, the XXL crown transformed into an imposing focal point and a genuine photo magnet.
Some objects decorate a stand. Others make it unmissable. That was precisely the goal here: a monumental crown that wasn't just presented, but staged.
Commissioned by WUM Brand Spaces, we developed a custom creation for Kessko that perfectly aligned with the guiding theme "Crown your taste" was aligned. The crown was designed to float above the exhibition stand, slowly rotate, and attract attention from a great distance. The design was complemented by optical drops on the underside, which gave the object additional intrigue and a unique character.
The result was a spectacular sight – impressive for visitors, effective for the brand, and ultimately a project that once again demonstrates how large-format custom 3D-printed creations can be precisely implemented for trade fairs.
A crown is more than a decorative element. It stands for presence, symbolism, and staging. At this size, it becomes a true spectacle.
Floating above the exhibition stand and slowly rotating, it unfolded precisely the desired effect: long-distance impact, attention, and a memorable appearance. The drops on the underside further enhanced this impression and gave the object a special design touch.
Thus, an idea for Kessko became an exhibition highlight that attracted visitors, inspired photos, and visually dominated the stand.
Height: 220 cm
Total weight: approx. 150 kg
Surface area: approx. 30 m²

Creative Polymer was responsible not only for the production of the crown itself, but also for the construction of the mounting for its suspended display. This was developed and tested by us to ensure the object could be safely hung and staged in a controlled manner.
Especially with a free-floating and rotating exhibition object, the technical design is crucial. A powerful effect demands an equally robust structural foundation.
For manufacturing, transport, and assembly, the crown was divided into two large segments . These, in turn, consisted of 14 and 15 individual parts, respectively.
This segmentation was key to economically producing an object of this dimension and safely delivering it to the exhibition. At the same time, it allowed for precise further processing and controlled assembly.
After manufacturing, the individual parts were glued and post-processed in several steps. This included sanding, filling, re-sanding, and subsequent painting.
With a surface area of approximately 30 m² , the finish is not a detail, but an essential part of the overall effect. Only through meticulous surface treatment does a large printed object transform into a high-quality exhibition piece.
In the final step, the crown received its final coat of paint, giving it precisely the visual presence such an object requires. Combined with the suspended mounting, slow rotation, and droplets on the underside, it created a display that immediately caught the eye and remained memorable.

The real challenge lay not only in its size, but in the interplay of dimension, weight, surface, and movement. A crown of this kind must not only be produced, but conceived in such a way that it can hang securely, rotate in a controlled manner, and appear high-quality.
Therefore, the suspension was structurally integrated from the outset. The mounting was developed and tested by us so that the object could appear in the space exactly as planned: floating, rotating, and maximally present.

The crown was manufactured as a large-format exhibition object for hanging display.

The delivery was made in two segments, to keep transport and handling practical. Within these two units, the crown consisted of a total of 29 individual parts, which were precisely assembled.
This not only allowed for clean manufacturing of the object but also ensured its reliable preparation for trade fair use. Especially with a total weight of approximately 150 kg , this segmentation was a central part of the concept.

After bonding, intensive post-processing followed. Sanding, filling, re-sanding, and then painting – this sequence was crucial to ensure the crown appeared seamless, high-quality, and imposing, rather than unfinished.
The approximately 30 m² surface area demanded precision and consistency in every processing step. The result was an object that impressed not only with its size but also with its high-quality appearance.

The optical drops on the underside added an extra design element to the crown. They made the object not only more detailed but also more distinctive. Combined with the floating suspension and slow rotation, the presentation achieved an almost theatrical effect.
The result: an epic sight, a spectacular object, and an exhibition stand that became a photo magnet.
Ultimately, a monumental crown was created for Kessko's trade fair appearance at INTERNORGA in Hamburg: 300 cm diameter, 220 cm height, approximately 150 kg total weight, delivered in two segments and designed for a floating, rotating presentation.
With its size, its movement in space, and the distinctive drops on its underside, it became an object that went far beyond classic trade fair decoration. It was an eye-catcher, a staging, and a brand moment all at once – perfectly embodying the spirit of „Crown your taste“.

This project demonstrates the potential of large-format 3D printing for eye-catching trade fair exhibits. Creative Polymer, commissioned by WUM Brand Spaces for Kessko, handled the segmentation, technical development, construction and testing of the mounting system, and comprehensive surface finishing up to the final painting.
This resulted in an XXL crown that not only looked spectacular but was also specifically built to function effectively in the daily hustle and bustle of a trade fair: stable, imposing, and with the kind of impact that turns a booth into a truly memorable experience.
