XXL mascot agricultural hero
“Wouldn't it be great if we could put a real hero at our DELUTA stand? ”
Betriko, the market leader behind the popular AGRARMONITOR agricultural software, came to us with this idea. Since the software makes work easier for thousands of farmers and contractors every day, it was obvious to honor these “everyday heroes” with a two-meter tall figure.

For DeLuTa 2024, Creative Polymer developed an extraordinary trade fair highlight together with Betriko: the “Agricultural Hero”. The two-meter tall figure was made entirely using a large-format 3D printing process and is an homage to the true heroes of everyday farming — farmers. From the initial idea to mood boards and design iterations in ZBrush to the final print, the result was a figure with character and expressiveness: strong, down-to-earth, authentic.

Easy to carry and interchangeable accessories
The agricultural hero deliberately doesn't wear superhero clothes, but rather work clothes — including a wrench and corn on the cob. Thanks to clever construction elements such as a removable head, an easy-to-assemble cape and interchangeable tools, it is not only an eye-catcher, but also practical to transport and versatile.
After printing, the figure was given a high-quality, detailed finish with realistic effects — from matte fabric to subtle “dirt” for a credible look. A photorealistic rendering was also created to present the hero on vehicles and banners. At the trade fair, the agricultural hero became a crowd favorite and selfie magnet — and impressively demonstrates how 3D printing can bring brand messages to life.
